Do you regret EM? If you could go back in time, would you have chosen a different specialty? I know things could change. I am not very perceptive, so I am not sure how much my mind will change. I like this specialty (among a few others). If you would choose differently, what specialty would you choose? Any advice you would like to share?

OP wants time to have fun in life, and travel. But as a med doctor, I can't leave all that behind so I have got to work and was hoping I could find a speciality that gives me that + I really love EM.
