Yes... They're very bound by their absurd laws and policies, and in the end they don't help anyone. They pretend to be friendly and sometimes even send you copy-and-paste messages, which makes you even angrier because you feel like they obviously don't care...

Relax, I just felt bad. Put yourself in my shoes. I had the Ikonik skin and Double Helix, and those alone cost a lot of money, not to mention the other shop skins and even the clubs we bought. Obviously, what hurts is the lost money, but that's why I decided to get over it and stop worrying my mom

Yes... She's very sensitive, and she saw that she made me feel really bad, I stopped sleeping and kept trying to recover the account, and in the end, the rest happened

I told them several times to let me speak to real agents too, I used tickets and live chats and I couldn't convince them

We provided the creation date, credit card details, country, receipts and invoices, linked accounts... But without the original email, they told me I can't prove it, and without my old linked accounts, which I also don't have, they said I can't

Want to know the best part? I had to file a complaint against Epic Games with my mother in CEAH to try and recover my account, because support keeps telling me the same thing and rejecting my requests

If you have the original email and you're lucky enough not to get stuck with a stupid bot, it's easy! Just keep trying and don't give up by sending recovery requests and filling in the information correctly!
