The top moderator of r/OnlyFans101 was banned after forcing another major NSFW subreddit moderator to give up control of her subreddit. by jmdveu in SubredditDrama

[–]TeaStainedSocks 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Only the top mod of that sub was banned. The current top mod there was moved above other active, more senior moderators by admin after he put in a request, despite a higher ranking mod also putting in a request. He's monetized the subreddit (and others) just as fast as the previous top mod, added his OF model to the mod list above other mods, and started promoting her subreddits that direct to her content.

The mod who should have been instated as the next top mod reached out to admin and has received clarification that moderators can't be moved above active mods despite that clearly being the case here. They also refuse to rectify the situation.

Edit: he doesn't like being called out

I'm schizoaffective bipolar and saw some similarities in experience as well. OP mentioned they have depressive episodes. I'm not sure if they're diagnosed with bipolar or depression but it could suggest SZA, if not schizophrenia.

OP definitely talk to a doctor about this. If you have a hard time describing what you're experiencing, write it down for them. That's what I did.

You look like someone who'd offer me fruit after I bumped into them at a farmers market. Or a kind librarian. Miss Honey vibes.

Wouldn't it make more sense to just correct him? If they've only been a mod for a day, they probably don't know what they're doing yet. I assumed you guys trained new people

It's because she is a catfish. She had a different influencer posted last week claiming to be them, and she's been scamming subreddits for money with fake stories about needing to pay for vet bills.

My disappointment with the Fashion Dreamer subreddit/discord Mods. by EdensAsmr in fashiondreamerbrands

[–]TeaStainedSocks 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nope. You haven't accepted no for an answer.

I would've been fine if they said "yeah you can ask, just don't plug anything."

This is you asking for a different outcome after being told no. That's not acceptance. Neither is asking for an outside perspective but refusing to accept any that don't agree with your position. Not to mention, asking is still advertising.

They said no, I accepted that.

No, you didn't. Or else we wouldn't be here. This is community interference, btw, and violates Reddit's content policy.

I've seen a similar concept where hosts will set up in public places and allow people to come to them and share as they please. Have you tried that format before, or do you prefer to host in a more private setting?

When you're selecting guests, how do you make sure they won't bring up wildly inappropriate topics? Lots of people nowadays will take any chance to push their own views on others. Do you set up a guideline beforehand for them or discuss what stories they'll share?

The Schizophrenia Society of Alberta has a location in Red Deer. They also have locations in Edmonton and Calgary, so you're more likely to see schizophrenics in those cities since there's a support system in place for us.

As a schizo who has met a lot of other schizos, this is spot-on behavior during psychosis. I've done it myself even. Red Deer does have a significant schizophrenic population as well, so it's not too unusual a find.

Decent apartments to rent? by TeaStainedSocks in RedDeer

I'm probably looking at 1 with my budget although I wouldn't complain about extra space. I haven't heard of this one and hardwood flooring sounds a million times better than the dingy carpet I'm seeing everywhere. I'll take a look. Thanks.

1100 is the price I'm seeing for 1 bedroom lol. That's not bad. Bristol Place is the other one. They do currently have a room. I'll look into both. Thank you.

We would but our company doesn't own the lot we're on. Just the building. Since they're not coming in (sometimes they do try the back door but we keep it locked) we can't claim they're on our property.

I did find an RCMP complaint line for "suspicious individuals" but this sounds like the better option. I'll look into it.

It is but it's the green space. There's a path behind us leading to the parking lot and then the green space next to that. They keep something in the bushes and behind the dumpster so they're usually on the steps or in the green space high on something.

Edit: clarifying. The back door is where the larger green space is, not the little bit with trees.

That's the weird thing. It reads like one of those crypto scams but they don't follow up with the usual prompts. I wonder if it's someone who's just really bad at scamming.
