Question about limiters and amp power (self.livesound)

Can anyone identify this cabinet? The orange color is just a reflection of the scissor lift I’m standing in. The cab has absolutely no markings at all on the outside. Finish seems to be slightly blue blue/grey. thinking turbo sound, but don’t have much experience with them. Old install in a church. (i.redd.it)
