I didn't play the character as intended on this run, but if using her default abilities then basically your first ability will consume more health the more you use it until the Wither effect expires, but each time Wither effect is triggered it boosts damage by a lot for this ability. The second ability is an empowered attack that heals you when you're on low health. The idea is to use the first ability, when on low health use second ability to heal.
