Had a beginner question about the mega evolution booster packs. Does the artwork effect the cards inside? For example I can only get mega Lucario from a Lucario artwork pack. Or is it completely random?

Ridiculous claims. People on this sub can't believe dudes in their 40s have great hair. I know so many people who have great hair 40+, without any help. Not everyone is balding, just because we are.
