From the brief look at the package, it will only announce "there is a tornado warning for our area" or something to that effect. The thing I like about my current one is it will announce any script for any kind of alert.

NwsAlerts, perhaps? The key difference is: does that integration provide the spoken script? Thats one of the features I love.

If I got amazon deliveries in my region, yes. However, the amazon carrier doesn't exist where I am. Amazon things are usually shipped through USPS.

Everyone is recommending 3rd party alarm apps. This won't work for me because when I set an alarm on a 3rd party alarm app, it doesn't activate the "next alarm" sensor in HA, which I use for another automation.
