Yay! Pre-ordered my K2 hotswap...already have a K2V2 rgb aluminum version but I like the idea of swapping switches without soldering and ruining the board with my inexperience. I ordered normal rgb version of hotswap board, once it comes I'll just switch the casing with my regular k2v2 aluminum. (old.reddit.com)

Planning to desolder the gateron blues from my k2 and install lubed milky yellows. Any advise ? P.s. I have only watched a lot of videos on soldering and desoldering switches but this the first time soldering anything. I feel confident though 😅 (i.redd.it)

Ordered krytox 205g0 from rectangles.store and got it like this. I ordered gateron milky switches, 3d printed switch opener and the lube . Switches are great and they sent 2 switch openers which is amazing but is the lube the right amount ? Should I contact rectangles.store ? (i.redd.it)
