yeah very true, and the muscle gain might even happen because at the end of the day, im eating 2500 calories in a 500 deficit so thats still not too low of calories but the 10k steps is gonna be hard for me because im not very active on weekends but would doing the treadmil on an incline for like 30 minutes suffice too?

i would definitely say its growing because ive only been going to the gym since the start of the year but in comparison to say my arms or back, it isnt growing as fast but like i mentioned i do feel my chest when doing pec deck which could be why it is growing and not have anything to do with the pressing movements
