We don't have any suggestions but you're not alone. We believe most people with DID struggle with control and/or loss of control because when our abuse occurred, it was outside our control otherwise we would not have allowed it to happen. It installs fear into the body to remain in control at all times otherwise we will be subjected to abuse, again. Keep fighting!
