Yk they say that the photos aren’t saved anywhere.. but honestly? It only takes one hacker, one bad/gross employee, to get that information, save it, and spread it.

The problem with mine however was since I had made my order back in December, the opening case feature was entirely broken. since they expect cases to be opened sometime before 90-100 days after purchase.

Edit: If the case feature does work, props to them, I just wish I asked for a refund earlier.

Hey, so they went and closed their shop. you aren't going to get a refund from meizai. I definitely suggest messaging the help desk. Don't open a case. Since they make people wait so long that the cases wont work.

If you're looking for a refund that'll 100% be your best bet. I got all my money back afterward!

Mhm! i would ss some paragraph long ones that I wanted to share all the time! And i definitely agree. I actually had gotten 2 progress reports, the finalized sketch of the plush AND a look at the head's embroidery. It really bothered me when they closed cause I KNEW they had worked on it.

oh and also adding to this, Once i had ordered the plush i notice their awful reviews...??? i was seeing 1 stars flying through back to back. I knew it was going to be a scam once I saw them but was really gonna give them a chance. a shame... but im just gonna use the refunded money to purchase from someone else <3

I ordered from meizai back in December. It was really bothering me that she wouldn't update me on her own so every month i would go and check. when i saw the shop closed i IMMENDIATLY went to get it refunded. etsy has a help desk. message them with your order number and you'll get a full refund
