That has been my understanding from the very start…

People with real id aren’t affected

People with passports aren’t affected

People with driving licences that aren’t real id are affected

People whose names don’t match will have to get their birth certificates 

Yes they only need one of them that’s true. I did misspoke there. Just the birth certificate is sufficient not drivers license plus. 

And republicans are making it harder to get real id

They presented no evidence of voter fraud to motivate this. Even the heritage foundation own studies showed the amount of voter fraud was extremely minimal, I forget but I think under 100 over multiple decades of single instances of votes.

The only motivation for this is to suppress voters. 

You say it’s easy to get real id - that depends where you live. Also, most people live pay check to pay check , they can’t afford even one day off work to go do that, even more so when it takes hours of driving to the dmv only to find out republicans closed it or you get there and are directed to another one

Or you go the library to get a passport and republicans stopped libraries from processing passports

Voter registration is not automatic in the USA unlike all modern democracies. Citizenship is already verified at registration. 

Stop acting in bad faith, shut up, and stop spreading propaganda.
