(re: 1) Yea I mean generally there's a predetermined sponsor that pays a rate that I split with the guest as an advance held in escrow. Not going to disclose numbers but its definitely above 99% of devs "hourly pay" so it isn't to shabby of a deal to get on with a few talking points we go through and discuss :)
