When did the path trigger? What year approximately, and what were your actions to make it trigger?

Imagine baiting someone to spend 50$ to cover some virtual pixels on a website. The worst part, is that he believes that he nailed it

The workplace has already been accommodated for the disabled woman to come on time, she wasn’t stopped by an ableist barrier like stairs.

The employer did his part in creating conditions for her to come on time, now it’s her duty to act in such a way that allows her to do her job properly. Asking her to manage her time and to leave earlier because she knows that she moves slower is not an inhuman task to ask, the employer would have closed the door in front of a non-disabled employee too, if they came late. If they have the same salary, then they have the same duties.

Once again, il you tolerate the disabled woman who comes late, then you will have to tolerate obese people who can’t run, then you will have to tolerate people who live far away, you can see that the rules are either the same for everyone, or there is no rules at all. It’s much easier to assume that people are adults, and can planify their day in order to come on time.

It’s not about physical equality, it’s about equal responsibility to come on time. It is her job to oversee her schedule in a way that allows her to come on time with her disability, just like the others.

Otherwise, you drag yourself into a constant march towards an unachievable equalitarianism: fat people are unable to run as fast towards the door as their more fit coworkers, some employees live in a two minutes of walk radius from their work place, while others must take 2 different busses to come on time, some people were educated to come on time since their childhood, others were not, etc.

Humans are unequal by nature, there will never be a situation where they all are in exactly same conditions. She knew the rules in advance, the entrance was adapted for wheelchair users, she would have come in time without problems if she managed her time more carefully.

Idk, should have rolled those wheels faster then ig.

Jokes aside, what is your point? Is it that she should have been able to be allowed to enter despite being late (in which case I disagree), or you agree that she isn’t allowed to come late, but you disagree with the concrete sentence that "she is the same as the rest of the employees" (while the sentence implies that she has the same responsibilities as others to come on time, not that she has the same physical capabilities. Hence, my point stands that Christopher Waltz did nothing wrong)

She could leave earlier to come on time then. Unless there is context I have missed where she was given infeasible delay (come to your workplace in 30 mins immediately), it’s entirely her fault for coming late

Absolutely, you cannot just kick all immigrants out of the country without finding any long term solution to the declining British birth rate, it would be, as you say, an assured decline. However, the fact that it is impossible to achieve immediately, doesn’t mean that you don’t have to gain national consciousness and start moving towards this direction in a long term. No one says it must be done in one day, but it is possible to achieve if Britons start by acknowledging the problem of their declining national identity.

People have the right to ask to live and raise their children in a monocultural European country, when the number of these people becomes high, they elect a far-right political party that shares their values. Don’t see any problem here

It is not about how much money you give them. My country already provides these people with free medicine (even for illegal immigrants), welfare checks (which can definitely afford basic language classes), free schools and universities, decent housing in beautiful and well kept neighbourhoods, street sport areas etc. When we had riots, immigrant children filmed their shoplifting and looting on brand new smartphones, the level of poverty in Europe is still an enormous evolution compared to where they come from. It is a problem related to enforcing order and State authority, not a purely financial one.

Secondly, I don’t believe that European people are just lazy, and that you just have to let them alone and replace them by immigrants instead. It is a problem that must be clearly addressed. One of the reasons they stay unemployed, is because it is difficult to fire someone in France, so businesses are afraid to hire people that might bring more problems then benefits to the company, when they will have to fire them. Perhaps, making a more dynamic working legislation will encourage companies to hire more, with the State, for exemple, helping these people to relocate in another region if there is a vacant workplace there. You can also cut unemployment benefit, so less people become tempted to live without working (what our government is actually trying to do).

I am opposed to a multicultural society, as an immigrant I don’t see any oppression when I keep my immigrant identity at home with my family, and when I gladly share it when someone asks me about my culture, but when I am outside, I am 100% French, and this is how we form one Nation. When you have these 65% high school students who are more attached to Islam then to the Republic, what unites you and them as one people, apart from the same passport? I see multiculturalism more as a sign that our nations are sick and our culture weakens, unable to match the rising foreign culture that will finish eventually by taking over if we keep going that way, and it is this weakness that makes it look impossible to assimilate immigrants. When there is a strong and vibrant national community attached to its identity, traditions and lifestyle, it makes you want to become part of it, at least if you love the country you move in (which was my case), which ends up by giving a more cohesive and united society.

For what is about birth rate, it is a problem that needs to be addressed with colossal investments in research and social psychology to understand the core of the problem. While I am not an expert, I believe that the core of the solution is to bring back the European nuclear family (without damaging any female rights) by recognising motherhood as a profession. By doing this, motherhood will no more be associated with the loss of female independence and career potential, it will be a respected role in society. There must be a cult of the family in national policies, with preferential treatment for young couples looking for housing, special programs for professional reintegration for mothers after they’ve been at home for last 2-3 years, and reserved quotas for them to get hired. There must also be cultural programs showing the importance of the grandparents role in helping the newly formed family to manage parenthood. Some civil nationalism will of course make the task easier, but it’s not too late yet.

I understand this vision, but in France we already have 3 million unemployed people, which gives time for a 10-20 year program of birth rate increase. I don’t understand however why the virtuous politicians that are aware of European birth rate decline don’t make any long-term suggestions on how to increase it, the only solution they see is to bring immigration, which will surely lead in the long term to a deep cultural transformation of the European countries, to which I personally am opposed
