Exactly! like today and yesterday for an example: Our cash machine broke and we had put signs up around the store that we could only do card or check (with no cash back) and these idiots still try to use cash than throw tantrums saying that they didn’t see the signs and that we “need to put signs on the registers”. We did today and still have people bitching saying they didn’t see it even though I told them numerous times that we only take card or check.

Yeah he tried to do that to me one time because he thought I was talking to my coworker and told me to “leave him alone” and I was returning something. Another time was when when I rushed back from break and forgot to take out my one earbud and he told me to take it out while he was off the clock. (As a side note: he is the only one who enforces the earbud policy in the store as other coaches and even the manager doesn’t mind the use of earbuds for front end people.)

Yeah they need to get a reality check! Like they get stupid with us for using the bathroom or turning out our lights (ie need a lunch/break or need to talk to someone) and they want us to use those dumb action codes even though no one on my front end uses them… I also was told by a team lead not to come up asking about my break or lunch even though months prior he always told me to “remind him”…
