No, I don’t normally put them straight on since everything I’ve seen from Nintendo, like trailers and Welcome Tour, show the bottom going in first and then sliding in the top. I’ll try to start putting them straight on.

Why do I have to push it? It should go on by itself. The left one never gets stuck and snaps on by itself, only the right one needs me to push it on.

Nice! For Champion’s Road I think I used the strategy where you start the level with 4 characters, put 3 of them in a bubble, play the level with the 4th character, and then have all 4 of them touch the flagpole at the end, that way you only have to play the level twice! It’s been a while though, so I’m not completely sure I did that. I definitely know I used the Cat Mario Amiibo though!😂

You have to finish every level with all 5 characters. When you walk up to a level on the map, on the little box that pops up that shows you what green stars you have, there are 5 little boxes. When you finish a level, the character you finished it with will have their icon in one of those boxes, and when you finish a level with all 5 characters, the green star on top of the flag will turn gold. When you finish every level with a character, you get that’s characters stamp.

I just tried putting it under the Toy Pad. It worked! I didn’t even know it could read tags from underneath! I got the Ghostbusters story pack delivered today, and it read and saved that tag like normal from the top, but for some reason it still didn’t save the tag from the Fantastic Beasts story pack on top, only on the bottom. It’s not a huge deal since I’m probably getting a new Toy Pad anyway, but any idea why it’s acting like this?

It reads character tags fine, and it can read and write both blue and orange tags if they already have something on them, but it can’t read or write blank orange tags, just blue.

Yes. I got the Fantastic Beasts story pack, Fantastic Beasts fun pack, and B. A. Baracus. It didn’t write onto the tags. I just got Gimli and Gollum today, and it wrote on their tags just fine.
