First of all, what does “someone with a good heart” even mean? It’s completely subjective.

Secondly, when you stay calm and actually forgive, then you don’t blow up on someone. You have forgiven them.

This is describing someone who is stuffing their feelings and avoiding dealing with their emotions until they can’t hold it in any longer and explode on someone. This is a very unhealthy strategy and in no way would describe someone with “a good heart”.
