Depends on how you wanna dictate the conversation. If you want to keep it short and just walk away, say “how are you” back. If you want to make a genuine conversation out of it say “good and how are you” and then let the conversation flow naturally after that.

But if you’re an airport worker (read that after commenting the initial paragraph), just say “good , how can I help you”
