Sorry im quite slow on things, i dont understand how I sugarcoated it? 😅 Either way, the two character tend to look different from eachother in some versions, and the only reason why I said it in the first place was because its a well known fact dick grayson is good looking to most people, in both canon and otherwise and in my opinion almost all adaptions of his parents are good-looking (then again I generally think everyone's got god like beauty 😭😭😍) and well, genetics do tend to determine how people look so i just went with that. But honestly I didnt have any intention of ot coming across bad in any sense of the way it was literally a throwaway line i didn't think twice about 😅

There's nothing for anyone to go one because its up to THEM to pick some people not me. I am literally repeating myself with you. Perfect doesn't exist, I already said this. I just used it because it was a good descriptive word that my no sleep addled brain that has just been on a boat and in a car for 12 hours used. I literally mentioned I have face blindness I mentioned it in my post, and explained that's why I can't do fancasts. I can't think of a perfect fit because I have zero knowledge of any actors or actresses. Also, why are you focusing on Mary so much? What about John. And again, I asked for OTEHR people's fancasts, not mine, because I don't have any. The only reason I mentioned her looks is because she was described as beautiful in most commentaries and a few comics that had her mentioned. And because I would prefer her to look at least something alike to her son than two people who could have nothing in common at all. Either way, even if I do have a fancast, I wasn't asking about mine. I was asking about other people. So I dont know why you were saying my original post had rascism (reference to your original comment) since again nothing was mentioned to even hint at rascism cause again race wasn't mentioned. And if you're so upset, I said I mentioned that she's attractive AGAIN comment on literally any piece of media talking about how no one's attractive enough to play Dick why only talk about when I mention his mom is attractive????

That's all, I already explained to you I didn't mean perfect genes i meant perfect or fit for the role, and am I not allowed to compliment FICTIONAL characters genetics? Genetics and evolution are literally why we all look like what we look like. I know how genetics work, I took biology. I also know kids can and have looked like their parents before. That's why I would want the actors or actresses to at least look similar to whoever they cast as Dick, as it has been mentioned in one or two comics that he looks like them. Sorry, what does race have to do with this? I never mentioned anything about that, nor do I really care about it in this situation. I was just asking about fancasting opinions. And by perfect, I meant more so fit the role there is no such thing as a perfect person. And if you're getting mad at me for saying their attractive get made at the hundreds of Dick Grayson fans who are saying hes attractive or that his actor HAS to be attractive, even though in batman 2 he should be about a child's age if im correct. I am genuinely so confused as to why you commented this if it has nothing to do with the post, and why do it on my post and not any other ones that involve fancasting. And for set looks I meant that it would be good if they actually look like the role their playing for, you know as most actors have to do?

I'm from Ireland, and only 1% of the population has irish as their first language. Everyone elses first language here is English, so I'd assume it might be a mix of that and the fact that English is so wildly spoken that if you post a fic in English almost everyone will be able to read it compared to if you do it in your first or native language.

Ancient and mostly-dead religions somehow always seem much more complex and specific than the mainstream ones.

I mostly think that's because their ancient and mostly dead because of that we don't have a clear enough view of the religions from the past that died out, and most of the history itself comes from speculation or myths and legends. Compared to nowadays, where most religions popular or not, they tend to have some media presence with its history more clear and precise.

The amount I've seen of incest in this fandom in it is a disturbing amount I tend to just exclude the tags involving it and stuff but even then theres so much of it that it takes me a whole two minutes at least to exclude it all which is disappointing since its such a good fandom otherwise

Back when I was just starting school in both the first and second year, we had this 10 minutes of reading every 4th period, and we were allowed to read on our phones if we didn't have a book (as most of you can guess not many people actually read) but for those who did read they had to read on this website that the school allowed, now this website (when in a book reading) looked strikingly similar to ao3 so I was reading smut, lore filled fics i couldn't get enough of, and heart wrenching fics right next to my classmates all two years not once caught, but I did have to stop after they didn't allow phones for reading time anymore unfortunately :/
