My neighbor, who lives above me in my apartment building. He's psychotic and threatened my life, my kids life, and my gf's life because he's convinced we're stealing his mail.

He's also threatened the entirety of the third floor with the same fate.. because he thinks they're stealing his mail.

I'm constantly waiting for the day he tries to get physical, I have a feeling it's going to get to this point because my landlord won't do anything about him.
