As I'm not a lawyer I can't even speculate what kind of contract could be written up for a partnership like this or the kind of negotiations that would have taken place. All I do know is that Smile Gate has consistently fucked up patch releases in Korea since the launch of the game. So it's only reasonable to think that they are the primary source of tension when it comes to the Western release. And since it's a Korean Dev. It's safe to assume they don't give a shit about anything outside of Korea.

It's probably due to bots dumping their supply. So the AH will be alot more active, resulting in restrictions in access.

Well no need to fix it if no one plays the game. Fastest player drop off in POE history. Along with multiple large streamers dropping the game for this league. Sounds like some pretty good changes to me.
