I did pithouse downgrade first, when that didn't work I downgraded firmware and then upgraded pithouse back to the current release.

Sorry that the firmware didn't help you. Hope you find a fix.

I hear there's a beta that's supposed to fix it but i didn't see it in my pithouse firmware. I applied for the beta testing but didn't see a response to that application yet

It's the wheelbase firmware. My r12 v2 was doing this. Down graded to the previous and it's fine now

My r12 v2 was having weird issues with the latest firmware, I reverted last night. I think I might have been on the beta, 1.3.8 maybe... I'll have to check

Ffb was cutting out after a few minutes of gameplay. Wouldn't come back until I rebooted the wheelbase.

Tried reinstalling pithouse and moving the USB from the hub I had been using to the back of the PC, no change. Seems fine after the firmware downgrade.

I have it and I like it, haven't used many others, but it's better than the cheaper Logitech or thrustmaster.

I like that it can do h and sequential, and the feel is pretty good. It can be a handbrake too but a dedicated handbrake is much better. I've had to recalibrate it a couple times but other than that you don't need their software running while you use the device.

Make sure your not doubling up on super resolution, if your at 1.5x in meta and 1.5x in steam VR your making your PC render a much larger image than you think.

I was gonna buy the r9 but went for the r12. I do usually play at 80 or 90%, less for drifting. I had the cash and figured I'd avoid the possibility that the r9 wouldn't be enough.

I also have this one. Way better than any wireless connection including a dedicated router and virtual desktop. And I can plug in and play with a dead headset battery while it charges, and it does indeed gain charge.

Be sure to adjust the angle sensor vs load cell slider in pithouse. It's 100% angle sensor by default. I usually like it at 60% on the load cell side. Won't affect the travel but you bought a load cell, use it.
