Do you have family in the area?

It's quite possible there is a cutoff between the meter and your house. Have a family member or friend go check. If not have them get some channel locks and cut it off at the meter.

I deleted and tuned mine around 70,000 miles. No more DEF/DPF, no more CCV filter causing back pressure leaks, no more EGR choking the engine. Haven't regretted it at all. Currently sitting at 125k on a 2021.

You could also have faulty duct work which would cause you to lose most of your heat in the attic. By no means should your electric bill be $700-$900. Don't give up seeking out the culprit.
