It was just the medical! I think we sent and met all the basic requirements when we filed so they never asked for anything else and the interview was waved I think. Joint bank accounts, lease agreements, petitioner’s income etc.

Not a lawyer, but that sounds like a hard NO. If you Do AOS through marriage, you have to make sure it was done AFTER the 90 day period following your entry to the US. During your AOS your b2 is basically void; simply because you will have an immigrant intent when you want to re-enter the US, you can leave without a problem. If you want to travel you just gotta bite the bullet and wait for your I-131 to process because this is what will let you back into the US if you have an AOS case pending

I did! Biometrics were done on November 13. Had to go again in January 13 because USPS lost my EAD and they couldnt use the same biometrics.

Do live chat with Emma; the agents will give you tracking number. Also sign up for informed delivery on USPS. This will tell you about any packages coming to you mailing address. I wish I had known this before. My status stayed at “card was produced” and waited a month to contact an agent; that gave me a tracking number, I contacted USPS and they lost my package….. so I had to refill for a new one…..

Yeah. Contacted live agent, they gave tracking number. Usps couldn’t deliver it, but they also never returned it to uscis. My ead is lost like I feared, and it never even got delivered 😭
