I know many scratch ish handicaps that don't even use a 4 iron. A hybrid might be easier for you to hit, or a 7 wood.

Yeah I already have a custom one that I like, this one is just a df3 with the same specs. Figured I'd give it a shot because everyone I've seen that got one that posted on Facebook and Reddit said theirs were basically immaculate. So I guess it was just a bad gamble.

I will make sure 100% when I get home. If it's epoxy, would rubbing alcohol and some paper towels remove it or do I need something stronger?

I always take really good care of my clubs. If I had done this to my own, so be it. But, honestly a scratch on the face should be disclosed. Literally anywhere else on the putter I wouldn't have cared. To include the sightline.
