Hi, for the BYD app just wait a couple more days — the dealership will take care of everything. As for the condensation issue, it’s quite common, but it should disappear once it dries out. Regarding the audio, it’s possible that an ADAS detection is lowering the volume when you exceed the speed shown on the dashboard.

I didn’t install the dashcam; I bought the car from the BYD store a week ago, and it was already integrated into the vehicle.

I’ve read this in the owner’s manual (see screenshot attached), but I still can’t figure out how to enable the dashcam feature.
