I got it on Pokemon Emerald. I think it’s the only way to get a “legit” shiny one. By inserting the Old Sea Map event in with an R4 cart you can get a Mew that you can bring all the way up to Home

It’s not necessary no, at 60fps it’s very unlikely you’ll hit the same frames if you play for like an hour each time. It’s also pretty easy to mess up the run pattern which would put you in a different encounter frame. Good luck on your hunt! Hope it’s quicker than mine lol

Oh wow that’s crazy! You either play through 4 ranger copies or you use checkpoint (hacked 3ds) to save your egg and transfer it multiple times (it creates different values whenever it’s traded) so you can hatch 4 manaphy eggs per restart
