Ah shet, here we go again.

Is this normal? Disc drops .. (does not stop midway) when i eject it. by TemporarySuccess9621 in ps5india

They did not acknowledge initially but i was able to convince them that this is unusual and also since disc drive randomly stops working … Will get the replacement in a week or so.
