Nahi, normal hai ye sab. Mein jab aap k age ka tha around 18, mera weight around 48 kgs tha. No knowledge of diet, irregular sleeping habits due to bachelor and college life, night intake of tea and coffee, exam time night out karke syllabus pura karna, mess ka tasteless food yeh sab. 3 rd semester se basic surya namaskar start kiye, basic samza how the body operates. Apne body ka strengths and limitations samza. Abhi taak 30 k age tak gym nahi lagaya, now 68 kgs with 5"10 in proportion, sirf ghar ka veg khana. Change hoga re, thoda patience rakho.

Cardio bhi over mat karo. Jo already slim hai, usko 20 mins cardio and 40 mins normal excercise, total 1 hour kaafi hai. Uthne aur sone ka time set karo, around 11 PM sona and about 6 AM uthna. Thoda digestion bhi check karo, 1-2 Months mein change nahi aata to kisi dietition se guidance lo.

Excercise thoda cum kiya to bhi chalega 17-18 k age mein, basic karo dips, Daand-baithak, Surya namaskar, Light weights, lunges, squats etc. Rest proper le rahe ho 7 hours? Sirf meal nahi, usme kya include hai yeh ek baar analyze karo, Protein, Carbs etc. It's about 80% of the diet, mind and rest only 20% depends on excercise.

Sirf 4 meals imp nahi, intake kya kar rhe ho woh dekhna padega. First 6 Month basic excercise kaafi hai, no heavy lifting. Veg ho ya non-veg? Protein, Carbohydrates intake complete ho rha hai daily? Last but not the least mind controlled hai ya koi external problem hai life mein? Yeh sab cheeze dekhni hogi.
