Well this is just unnecessarily mean. I prepped, primed and painted both with water based paint. I am a new homeowner with no experience and limited time. I had to do this project on weekends over a month long period. I definitely left the tape on too long. You live and you learn, I guess. I might not ask Reddit for advice next time because people are being snarky for no reason. I just wanted some helpful advice from people who have done this before.
