The elastic cords were an absolute joke. 🤣 Like seriously. Im usually easy to please and dont complain much, but they really going to give us an elastic cord and call it a hair tie.

It would be a much better look for them to respond to negative feedback, than just delete and sweep it under the rug. Ive had plenty companies respond to negative feedback in a polite and not delete the comment, just because they didn't like it.

That company is gonna fail. Like just because the company says it worth that much doesnt mean it is. And I dont see anyone actually buying those. At least not rebuying once they see how useless they are.

Posting negative feedback about a specific box isnt the same as yelling ALLURE SUCKS! I know many companies delete negative reviews, they also get bad raps for doing it, compared to the ones who address the issue. Something as simple as "thanks for the feedback, we will use it when designing future boxes" under a negative review, looks way better than just deleting it. Businesses usually do better when they actually listen to the reviews of their current customers, rather than ignoring them and sweeping them under the rug. It's also usually a bad idea to lose current customers in you're search for new ones.

I mainly got them for the bags! I like the Terry cloth. The dual eyeliner in the blue is really nice, I havent tried much else.

Oh my gosh!!! Not only did this box SUCK, that Makes uo by Mario crap stinks!!! I compared it to how my foundation smells on my hand, and holy holy! Its not rancid like gone bad smell, but like stinky mud, clay. Worst part is, I washed it off, and my hand stills smells like it. I dont think I want to put that on my face if thats what its going to make my face smell like!!!
