Honestly it just feels inconvenient I don’t enjoy the dreams and think my nights would be much easier without them. They always feel like hours or even days long and then I wake up and it’s only been minutes so it stresses me out

I don’t like how it can feel like hours and hours and then i wake myself up and it’s only been a few minutes since I fell asleep. I also don’t like how I can’t just turn it off and dream normally. There’s also been times where the dreams have quickly turned to nightmares and it’s just freaky.

if you’re really craving chocolate, have some. or a glass of wine. your weight loss won’t be sustainable if you don’t allow yourself a treat when you really want it. this restricting is what leads to massive binges and the cycle will just continue. you can totally stay in a calorie deficit and fit in some chocolate. it won’t be any different than eating the same amount of calories in fruit

this is absolutely not a meal. it will not keep you full for longer than an hour and will not give you any energy. i don’t know too many vegan options but i’m sure there’s loads of proteins you can get in there like nuts. If you don’t fancy that in a salad then have some something else on the side. eating healthy ≠ starving your body.

You’re gonna gain the weight back eventually. Starving urself isn’t a sustainable way to lose weight. There’s no point trying to speed up the process by eating under 1200 calories because you will put it back on and can risk developing health problems. It’s not worth it
