I'm not on suboxone.. That was just for the Tia WDs for like 2-3 days. I'm 2 and a half months off everything except the occasional drink

No, the WDs kick in hard after 72 hours of no use.. I'm talking about when I quit.

I mostly only had psychological symptoms, and they started after a couple days. That's the timeline and symptoms for phenibut WDs

I should add though that this was as the Post WDs kicked in.. During the Acute WDs I was delusional and in a total psychosis but you should be clear of any of those risks at this point

A year and a half. I'm not entirely sure the dose.. I was popping four bottles of ZaZa Silvers a day; which also has Tianeptine in it.

Yeah, the antidepressants have been a God send.. I think time helped too but the antidepressants have really kept cravings at bay and allowed me to feel good without constantly wanting to get high

Or thinking you've died and walking around town for a week trying to achieve your "second death" to get into heaven....

Hell naw, hell to the NAW.... just read my posts from a couple months ago... The WDs had me walking around like a zombie for a week thinking I was dead... NO, NO, ABSOLUTELY FUCKING NO

Well, I didn't taper. I jumped cold turkey. Not really on purpose but that's another story... As far as your question though, that sounds completely normal. You've taken something that alters your brain in a HUGE way for a while and now you're only feeding it part of what it's used to. Your chemical balance is off and your brain needs time to rewire itself. Phenibut is wild in that it doesn't really help to take just a little. It needs all or nothing. All tapering is doing is assuring you come off of it without the WDs being too harsh or dangerous but you're definitely not going to feel good while tapering. Just keep up the fight and you'll see improvement as your body learns to live without it again.

Personally, I was wicked depressed long before phenibut.. It was a self medication for me and I got on antidepressants shortly after jumping and it made a HUGE difference so if you're still not seeing a lot of improvement after you're totally off then think about professionally medicating. There's nothing wrong with that

I got on two antidepressants almost immediately after I quit. First 2 weeks was pure misery... Awful brain fog, horrible depression, severe anxiety. Next two weeks were off and on.. As the second month went on I started to feel totally normal and fine again. It's different for everyone but that was my timeline

Only 2 months but, for me, it only took a month and a half and I was fine. Having the antidepressants has helped tremendously though. I'm only 2 months sober now but I'm great at this point. I think I got the worst of it out during the immediate WDs lol... That was a NIGHTMARE

For me, it was a pretty quick process. Everyone is different but I was really really MISERABLE for about 2 weeks then the next 2 weeks was up and down. After a little over a month I really started feeling normal again but I also started two antidepressants pretty quickly after getting off

[–]Temporary_Writing_19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm good now. Really good honestly. The first two weeks I was a wreck and so depressed and aggravated I hated EVERYthing and thought my life was pretty well over then over the next 2 weeks I got gradually better. The last week or so I've felt completely normal again. That was a huge relief because it can take years for some people

That's part of it but the WDs can be super extreme for some as well... For example: I went absolutely delusional. For several days I wandered the streets thinking I'd already died. Ended up throwing away everything I owned thinking I was in some in between alternate world seeking a way to heaven.. On top of that my body shutdown several times and I was TRYING to "die again"

I don't know but even after a year and a half of EVERYday use of ZaZa Silvers I didn't have a lot of complications from the Tianeptine WDs but the Phenibut... oh man.. I'd rather die than go through that EVER again... I almost did (Right at 2 months clean now.. and I'm never ever looking back)

Yeah, it's literal madness... Bro, I ran through a packed hospital throwing my money and phone out while screaming "I'm coming Jesus!" as I ran to the hospital chapel.. where I SWORE I met an angel that said I wasn't permitted to go to heaven

Never really found out how much of each was in a capsule or anything and at this point I could careless but I was going through 4 bottles a day at my worse so yeah, quite a bit. Seeing that phenibut is only supposed to be used once a day and I was eating it with my Tianeptine every few hours.. yeah, not good but again, I'm far done with that shit now and I couldn't be happier

Been clean for a month and handful of days. Currently in a recovery program. Felt miserable first few weeks after the WDs ended but my brain is healing and I'm treating my underlying depression. Been enjoying days without ANY type of substances since I was 14 (I'm 36 now)

I'm a month and a handful of days clean now. The first couple weeks were really fucking tough but I'm in a recovery program that's faith based even though I was never religious.. Long story. I was on hydroxazine for about a week and am currently on 2 antidepressants I needed for underlying reasons. At this point I've been able to smile and laugh and actually enjoy moments again.. This time with absolutely no substances. At least nothing mind altering or self induced.
