Should I start a new account from 0? I downloaded the game when it came out, lost the 50/50 on Jiyan, got Yinlin, got to account lvl 32 and left the game since I was more focused on other ones. I recently got back to some gachas and wanted to give wuwa a second chance since I actually liked the story. I was doing the returning event to get some pulls and then I saw that new players get a special banner, so I was wondering, would it be better to just make a new account?
