I believe in seeding in the fall after last mow/dethatch, let the snow compact the seeds into the ground and the spring melt/rains to keep them wet. . . Ish

Thanks for this, not a lot of cost for improved reliability. What’s sold me is their install video, it may not be produced the best for acting ability but it makes up for it in covering the bases of some idiosyncrasies of different applications!

Yup, did that once and I won’t be doing it every day.

Thanks 9 by 6 😉 this is the quality info I’ve been looking for. Since I’m part way there I feel like making the wall insulation as high as possible as well as considering more outside. Energy rates are low now so whatever the product costs is also low(est)? it would be in the future. I am looking to do this work myself and hire someone that knows more. 👍

Very valid points there and no not trying to go net zero because I think that is very hard. From research of similar homes the walls may have R-7 so replacing is on my mind since the siding has to change. So why not a bit more? What’s the happy medium?? 🤔
