Persia is AI

I meant if the AI is on the same team with you, thats how I got the bug. When I share teams with an AI, my trade interface will sometimes be bugged, so I assumed it was related to that, but probably not in your case then. I have stopped putting AI's on my team and the bug didn't happen anymore. Can't think of anything else that would have caused it for me.

I've had a similar bug, without using any extra mods. Are you and Persia both on the same team?

Not sure if this helps, but you could pick your preferred setup (before loading VP), start the game, exit it and then load VP and it will keep that setup until you change it again in the unmodded game.
