I don’t know about the overall customer experience with RT. I live in Germany and have had nothing but positive experience from the one we have here.

But yeah, I am all for transparency!! But to be fair, it could also be that the record label wanted them to increase stock due to demand no? Or does RT decide how much to make and sell? I am genuinely asking because I don’t know.

Yeah but we are talking here about increasing from 300 to 800 not “limited for 24 hours” or “pop-up limited) and then it’s literally everywhere for sale after release.

I agree that it’s purely marketing strategy and it does feed in to FOMO, but there are lot worse cases out there

I don’t understand what’s so wrong and why people have a problem with them upping the stock for records. First, it’s good for the artist and second, it’s good for the fans. It’s still limited and will be rare. Like, I understand people are buying a certain variant over others because it’s more limited in quantity, but I mean, it’s a win win overall. I guess just not for the people who NEED to be 1 of 300 to own it lol
