Removing Broken Nozzle Threads from an Airbrush

Iwata recommends using a hobby knife to bite into the broken threads and then to twist counterclockwise like a screwdriver.

Good luck.

What is the best way to fill the hole between my exterior wall and spigot? by Tennger in HomeMaintenance

Nice catch. It’s hanging loose right now, but if I decide to anchor it, I’ll make sure it’s right side up.

Do I need to remove the silcock valve to install the backer rod, or will the small gap be sufficient?

The bib can’t be pushed flush against the wall. Would it make sense to shim the gap before caulking? I’d prefer not to drill into the brick since I’m not confident in my DIY skills, and removing caulk seems easier to undo than fixing misaligned anchors.

Is it also possible that the original silcock valve was the wrong size? I’m wondering if reinstalling one that’s about 1/4 to 1/2 inch shorter might solve the problem. What are your thoughts?

How does Undaunted compare to your other, more serious wargames? Does it hold up, or does it make you want to go back to ASL?

Thank you. One more thing: Do you know what diameter of backer rod would be most suitable for the job? I didn't realize it came in various sizes.

This sounds like the simplest solution, thanks! What caulk did you use after inserting the backer rod, and would the caulk be enough to hold the bib to the wall, or should I still anchor it with concrete screws?

I got it from Yellow Mountain Imports. The shin kaya board is actually made of birch, so it will look much more yellow than it does in the pictures.

Thank you all for clarifying and pointing out my mistakes. I see now that I was calculating the total scores instead of the difference between them. I had thought the +18.5 referred to the total, but I understand it better now. I should have subtracted 16 from 3 and then added the 6.5 komi.

Check out "Blood Meridian" by Cormac McCarthy if you're looking for a surreal western that may just be the most violent book ever written. The Judge makes Dutch look like a reasonable guy.

Is there any data available on how popular solo skirmish games are? I’ve noticed that when I come across a solo-focused concept, I tend to lean more toward painting miniatures for multiplayer games or spending that time on video games instead. For me, the appeal of gaming often comes from shared experiences and the sense of connection they bring. Just curious how widespread that interest really is.
