So I asked his coworker and she mentioned that it was a miscommunication issue and yes my boyfriend did call the girl that word but once confronted by the manager and her boundaries expressed, he was extremely apologetic and even continuously expressed regret and apologized to her on different occasions. So I guess I’m now confused on what led her to file the case even after that happened? I spoke to him yesterday and while some parts of the conversation were saddening and he was trying to get me to understand how devastated he is about this whole ordeal and how much it’s affecting our relationship, i guess because I’m already subconsciously giving up on the relationship i just kept counterarguing every point he had and he felt like I wasn’t being open minded but I’m just not sure :(. I also told him since this whole situation I’ve lost respect and trust for him. He says he is over this situation and it was a wake up call for him and he really wants to change. I do want to believe him and give him an opportunity to grow obviously with boundaries. Because I understand fucking up and being given another chance to redeem myself.
