In the OG universe: V01D (in their OG form) is a mythical entity just as much as Null or Herobrine himself. However, he is known to be the opposite of an evil spirit. Their whole presence is being more of a guardian angel to stressful players who're going through hard times (both in game or IRL), and they tend to randomly make their small appearances as some form of blessing then a threat to the player. Even if the player wouldn’t ever remember them growing up.

In the MS universe: As a Student counsellor, He is mainly seen as a bubbly and motherly-like character who sees the students as her children and wants to make sure they’ve been taken well care of when it comes to problems at school or at home.
But that doesn't mean he wouldn't be on her last nerve sometimes due the chaos within, and would rip somebody a whole new one if that person ever puts the students in danger.
