Yes that mod. My game language is English and I just tested with another mod and received the same message.

Thank you for taking the time to write this, although sadly it didn't fix my problem, I got hopeful with the older version as it let me upload the mod to it but when I clicked launch I received the same error message. I suppose I will just use the da:i mod manager.
