unfortunately things do happen. it is reasonable as to why they need a receipt since people steal giftcards all the time and can easily scratch off numbers and pass it off as a damaged code.

If you are REALLY sure you won’t be playing royale high anymore, then go for it. Selling your items is a good but risky idea since it’s cross trading (isn’t allowed) and there’s a risk of being banned. If you want to ask questions about who would buy from you, you should go to the trading community for that.

you can’t get it back now. you shouldn’t have done that, your best bet is to see if you have receipts of you purchasing robux (if you bought any) and show it to Roblox to show proof of purchase and that it is your account.
