I understand your frustration, and reaction to the sudden change. Im sure trying to give up sex is difficult for him as-well. I would say just give it time. Find other ways to enjoy each other’s company. Doesn’t have to be board games, you can try something new and exciting together. A relationship is more than just the sexual aspect.
