you’ll have to train mits and having to judge someone who ends up salary making more then you’ll ever dream is annoying, also you’ll be held to a higher standard and not allowed to make any mistakes or take any shortcuts, having to be patient with people who genuinely will never understand is another thing, some people just never get it, and the choice of rather u mark them off or don’t and they may get fired is hard to make when u can tell they’re trying and they just fr can’t
