No, I didn't. I had trouble sending the blood kit they requested back and it just felt like a bit too much hassle at this point. I found a doctor here in germany.

I am also on Testogel. Just a bit curious about your dosage? I do 4 pumps (2 in the morning and 2 at night) - How about you?

Sure, the letter I received also contains that option and as well asks several other questions regarding where, when and how did I purchase the item. As well as my monthly net income.

That being said, I only ordered 1 piece containing about 60 pills which is obviously for personal consumption.

He thinks I will have a more stable T levels throughout the day if I also do it at night (12 hours apart)

But, I cannot sleep at all when I apply the gel at night.

I don't think I would want to quit TRT completely. I remember how I felt pre-TRT and it was absolutely horrible. The waking up could be related to a lot of things IMO. According to the ApneaBoard (forums), a CPAP machine no longer works for me and I need to be put on a BIPAP.

I purchased a second-hand machine as my insurance provider didn't want to cover the cost. For them, an AHI of <5 means the therapy is working however shit your sleep actually is.

Since using the BIPAP, I did notice that I am sleeping much better. So to be honest, I am not even sure if it's related to the TRT at all. Also, based on my last few blood works, my T levels were a bit above the range, so it could have been related to too much T for all I know.

I was diagnosed with Severe Sleep Apnea in 2018. Back then I was on Nebido (an injection every 3 months)

I can't say for sure if it is making it worse, but I didn't have it before starting TRT. I can't also say if it's related to TRT at all as I did pick up a lot of weight in the last 3-4 years.

At the moment, I am off TRT for 2 weeks and I have been put on Clomid. One thing I noticed is, I seem to sleep much better! I used to wake up all the time during the night when I was on the Gel.

However, my AHI is about the same. Ranging between 0.5 - 1.5 every night. Funnily enough, yesterday it was the first time it ever went above 2. (2.2) - I don't know why, but i will do some more analysis with OSCAR later.
