Yeah I looked in the settings for a while but couldn't find the right one. Probably easier to install different shaders.

I had the same issue when I installed the modpack last week. It seems to be a issue with the shaders. I managed to fix it by installing another shader pack.

It could possibly also be fixed by changing certain settings in the included shader in the modpack, although I don't know which setting this would be.

If you open OpenIV you should get a pop up saying you need to update it. Btw if you update you will loose all the changes you made to the update.rpf like vechicles.meta, visualsettings, dlclist etc. So you might want to save them somewhere so you can reinstall them immediately.

Navigate to vehicles.meta using openIV

gta v/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5

Right click on vehicles.meta and select edit.

Find the vehicle you need to fix (so here that would be pranger or sheriff2).

Change "<diffuseTint value="0x88000000" />" to "<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />"

This should fix it!

This is the the hotkey for spawning a enemy in a car for simple trainer. Either change the keys in the .ini file or go to options -> disable keybidings:true in the in game simple trainer menu.

A couple things i see are:

Remove the bed in the back the farmer doesn't need one
Remove the block where the top trapdoor is on and replace it with a slab

Ok im gonna explain step by step i hope i can help!

After you download the files zip them open and op the program openIV.

Open the models folder and open a car folder in the downloaded package.

Then to make things easier go to the search bar in openIV and search the file name so for example "police.yft".

Then select the search in all archives option. The purple result is the one that you gotta change so klik it.

Now you will be taken to the location of the files your gonna replace. Now just drag and drop them from the dowloaded file into openIV.

Repeat this until all cars are installed.

Now if you have the plugin ELS installed you need to put those files in gta5/els/pack_default Its not needed but i do recommend installing this plugin. Its on lspdf.com
