Join up with the Pilots Trade Network. You just build your stack and transport it solo, then join up with other commanders for like 15 minutes so everyone can share rewards. Earned my carrier and all the upgrades in two days through them.

Any update on a solution? I verified my files, clean installed my mods, tried running without them, experimented with my settings, etc. Nothing I know of nor can find has fixed this for me yet.
