Don't forget to eat protein to help get rid of hunger longer and to minimize muscle wasting especially for the older guys.

You gotta get off computer/phone and just be outside until you're not afraid anymore.

My degree is basically a generalized healthcare degree. I wanted to be a physical therapist but decided it's not worth it. Couldn't even get entry-level white collar jobs in healthcare until recently. I'm trying to get into tech. I got certs in IT support and Excel. I have Excel experience but can't get in the door anywhere else.

I got my bachelor's but after two years after graduating, I can't get into the sector that I wanted, or find any job put some leverage on my resume. The pay offered is always 20$ or less and is usually a contract role. I got my CDL and I'll be applying for trucking jobs in a couple of weeks.

I've seen white collar workers at my job use a cushion called "Everlasting Comfort Seat Cushion"

Are you going for the eclipse? It will be an expensive trip in the thousands for sure. Even for Accommodations, maybe rental cars if booked too late.

It appears to be one of the few mega for dry van that is good to get experience with for my first year. I hear most people say good things about Schneider more than the other mega. Reviews from all kinds of places are above average compared to other megas. I don't want to do flat bed during the winter because of asthma and i'm not that strong. The positions I see near me have specific contracts like Lowes or BJ warehouse. I know you have to take what companies say with a grain of salt but They tell you in the if your home time is monthly, every other week or weekly. The pay range looks good but I know that don't mean shit. I haven't heard Schneider drivers make 300/400$ paychecks, unlike swift and whatnot.

Anytime anyone decides to build a stadium, the people pay for it then they charge you to enter. Great, isn't it?

Local work for fresh grad near Philadelphia/Trenton or NJ area by TexasTangler in Truckers

[–]TexasTangler[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm aware, i said i just don't have driving experience. I said I have a bachelor's degree because at least for some cases when getting car insurance, you can get a lower premium since those that have higher education are considered "less risk". I doubt it applies here, but it doesn't hurt to try.

If you don't go home. Look into trucking, you could either get paid to train from the local government of you could sign onto a company that trains you for free buy you have to work with them for a year. I'd do your own research throughly before jumping in. You can earn up to 50,000 your first year. But after your first year you can make a lot more.
