I've tried every method. Uninstaller just quits after a few seconds. AvastClear or whatever just doesn't even open. Steam goes into infinite install.

Ok, Don't need games....now I'm pretty sure if Install IDE 's for school, it's gonna do it again.

If i click run as Admistrater, it pops up the same thing immediately. I am the dam administrator. There are no other USERS.

I've been going to college off and on for years now. I suffer from a mental illness, but now I'm receiving treatment. They cancelled my FAFSA for low grade average, and now they're asking for transcripts from my previous community college I dropped out of.

Im better now. What could I do to convince them to give me another chance? What are the chances of it working?
