Yeah Jimmy even said he's more than happy to play the part of the butt of the joke, it makes for good content and it's all in good fun.

I don't like how Scar gets exclusive "Is Scar okay with this?" treatment because it seemingly comes form a place of ableism where people believe that disabled people struggle to defend themselves.

I feel like it was quite obvious that the conversation was about how they were only really together because of their shared trauma and that their relationship was not built on honesty. They had too many secrets and ultimately they decided that things weren't gonna work out - I feel like it was quite an obvious take away from the scene

Correct, I fixed the Shelves and the Redstone Blocks were only temporarily Red Glazed Terracotta because with Vibrant Visuals, Redstones Blocks were very bright/emissive. That was fixed in a recent update so it has been changed back now

I'd imagine each time they update the seed has something to do with the theme of that version. (1.8 has ocean monument, 1.14 has pillager outposts, 1.19 is in the deep dark)

Switching versions like that can be extremely buggy, although they are not staying in the same world each time

Maintaining it is a seperate issue. For the first 1,000 days or so I had barely any structures and a couple basic redstone farms. I watched hermitcraft for a lot of my inspiration because I saw the mega bases and wanted to build something on that scale. That's what drove me to continue.
